how to blow mouth bubbles in the water.
This is another example of
mouth bubbles in the water.
Nose bubbles encourages swimmers to keep their mouth closed and hum (or push air) out of their nose. When air is coming out of the nose, no water can enter the nose. This is one of the most helpful skills to progress a beginner swimmer.
Here are a few ideas to gradually help your swimmer get their face in the water. DO NOT force your child to get their face wet. Be patient, and play games with them in the water. Show them how you can get your face wet and praise your child for any progress they make, big or small. Above all, have fun and make it a positive experience for them in the water.
